Slow starts
Meetings systematically begin late because of a black screen or a missing cable.
Independent audiovisual consulting · Geneva
Independent audits, quote reviews and deep expertise in the Crestron ecosystem. We sit on your side of the table, facing the integrators, so your rooms work the first time.
The number one problem
In most audiovisual projects, the integrator's quote is approved by someone who does not have (and should not need) the technical skills to challenge it: procurement, facilities, sometimes IT. Nobody can say which lines of the quote are actually necessary.
The result is always the same: oversized video matrices, duplicated processors, superfluous licences and maintenance contracts, comfortable margins on references nobody questions. The integrator knows it. And as long as there is no expertise on the other side, nothing pushes them to stick to what is needed.
Our role in one sentence: putting technical expertise on your side of the table.
Get a quote reviewed before signingSound familiar?
Meetings systematically begin late because of a black screen or a missing cable.
Remote participants complain about the sound or the echo, making hybrid meetings impossible.
The touch panel on the table is unreadable; nobody dares to press anything for fear of cutting everything off.
Integrator quotes are full of references impossible to compare, and nobody in-house can tell what is surplus.
High-end gear under-used because of a poorly written control program.
Brand-new rooms that already fail to meet current standards (BYOD, Teams, Zoom).
Our services

We measure and test your rooms in real conditions: acoustics, video, conferencing, ergonomics. We review the Crestron programming in place. The deliverable: a pragmatic report separating quick fixes from structural investments.

We read your integrators' quotes line by line to expose oversizing and grey areas. We bring offers back to a comparable scope, then support you through the negotiation.

We translate your teams' needs into technical standards per room type. We write specifications integrators cannot work around, and we run the acceptance tests at delivery.
Residential
Home cinema, streaming, gaming: the same independent-expert reflexes, applied to your residence. An installer hands you a five-figure quote? We tell you what actually matters.

4K laser projection or direct-view screen, immersive Dolby Atmos audio, acoustic treatment, picture and sound calibration. And one remote to run everything, through Crestron Home or equivalent.

A Twitch or YouTube setup at real studio level: camera capture, broadcast microphone, key lighting, room acoustics and a stable broadcast chain. The sound and picture your viewers notice from the first second.

A no-compromise gaming space: high-refresh OLED display, PC or consoles installed cleanly, low-latency network, invisible cabling, thermal management and controlled ambient lighting. Latency is fixed at design time, not afterwards.
Do you stream or game seriously? The page for streamers and gamers, with a remote setup check.

Who is behind Efficast
For twelve years I designed, programmed and delivered rooms for a Geneva audiovisual integrator: AMX, Crestron, matrices, DSP, video conferencing, KNX home automation, for companies and private residences alike. I know exactly how a quote is built, where the margins hide, and what a client never sees.
Then I crossed over: running the international conference rooms at the United Nations, then Broadcast Engineer at the international headquarters of a Geneva-based multinational, responsible day to day for eight Crestron and AMX rooms, a multi-room Dante audio network and in-house live production: streaming, six PTZ cameras, a green-screen studio.
Efficast was born from that double perspective. I read a quote like the person who wrote it, and I judge a room like the person who has to run it every morning.

Our promise
We sell neither equipment nor integration. Our only goal is the success of your meetings.
Expertise
We master the Crestron ecosystem (DM NVX, Flex, control platforms, Fusion and XiO monitoring), often at the heart of complex installations, and its interoperability with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Cisco.
On the audio side, our know-how covers professional DSP and audio architectures (Shure, Biamp, QSC) for absolute speech clarity, in the room and remotely.

Efficast has no commercial partnership, no kickbacks, no exclusivity. Our advice is driven solely by the fit between the technology and your needs.
Frequently asked
Your question is not here? Effi answers at the bottom right, or write to us.
Precisely because you trust them, nobody rereads their quotes. An integrator, even an excellent one, sells equipment and hours: their interest is not to sell less. We do not replace them, we rebalance the relationship. Many appreciate finally having a technical counterpart across the table.
Quote review: written verdict within 48 working hours. Room audit: half a day on site, report within a week. Design: depends on scope, agreed together during the first conversation.
Yes, and those are often the best moments: just before the equipment order, or just before final acceptance. The earlier we come in, the more you save. At acceptance, we check that you pay for what was promised.
Efficast sells neither equipment nor integration, receives no commission and has no commercial partnership with any manufacturer or installer. Our only fees come from you.
Yes: AMX, Extron, Kramer, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco and many more. Crestron is our core expertise, not an exclusivity.
Yes, for demanding residential projects: home cinema, streaming studio, gaming room, home automation. Same methods, same independence from installers.
We tell you so, in writing. An offer validated by an independent third party is also an easier decision to defend internally.
